strange things are afoot at the circle k

So today on my way to work I’m following this old chap, and he’s going abnormally slow, like 20-25 mph, in a 45mph zone, granted there were construction workers there. But that was a tad bit slow, he also kept turning his light on and off until I finally passed him like 2 minutes later. Very strange indeed, reminded me of that scene from the Critic where Jay’s dad is beeping his horn to jump over barrell’s thrown by a monkey onto the interstate.
